Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
